Ingestion Pipeline

This wiki is equipped with a background ingestion pipeline: 1. Fetch: Call the fetch_url.py script to scrape destiny-related pages (via local markdowner) into ./inbox/. 2. Ingest: Use the custom agent skill llm-wiki ingest to automatically sanitize, categorize, format, and catalog new files from ./inbox/ into ./docs/.
